The Office of the Non-Discrimination Ombudsman is located in Helsinki in Pasila, on the eighth floor of the office building. The entrance is on Ratapihantie. The reception service operates on the ground floor of the building and is open from 8:00 to 16:15 on weekdays.

The premises of the Office of the Non-Discrimination Ombudsman are accessible. The conference rooms in the Office have low thresholds. There is an accessible toilet on the premises.
Visitors can enter through the sliding doors at the main entrance (Ratapihantie 9, Helsinki). There is a stair lift at the main entrance, which can be used to access the entrance floor and reception service, which will direct visitors to the correct place. The reception service is to the right from the main entrance. The upper floors are accessed by lift.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome.

By car to the address Asemapäällikönkatu 11: Drive into the parking garage. At the back of the garage, there is a door providing barrier-free entry into the Office Centre. Cars can leave the garage free of charge after a short stop. Parking in the garage is subject to a fee. The door in the garage leads directly to the Info point. See "Info point" for further instructions.
Info point: The lift is in stairwell B opposite the Info point. A barrier-free door leads to the lifts. Take the lift to the 2nd floor. The right-hand glass door is barrier-free. Follow the signs. There are two barrier-free doors on the way to the Pikku auditorium. The porters can escort you to the second floor if you like, or you can call to the possible contact person.
Via Pasila station: Take the Opastinsilta footbridge from Pasila station. Follow the right-hand path. Take the lift down to the 1st floor. You will arrive in the Pasila Office Centre. Continue towards the Info point. See "Info point" above for further instructions.
From street level at the address Ratapihantie 7: There is a lift by the main doors at street level. Take the lift up to the 1st floor. You will arrive in the Pasila Office Centre. Continue towards the Info point. See "Info point" above for further instructions.
Via Junailijankuja: There are sliding doors leading into the Pasila Office Centre at the corner of Junailijankuja and Opastinsilta. Go through the doors and proceed to the Info point. See "Info point" above for further instructions.
