The Office of the Non-Discrimination Ombudsman continues its functions normally during the emergency conditions due to the COVID-19 situation. The employees of the office are working remotely for the time being.

You can contact us normally via contact form, e-mail, letter, chat or by phoning our helpline. The helpline is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 10-12 AM. The chat is open on Mondays and Wednesdays 13-15 PM and on Fridays 10-12 AM. Read more about our customer service from here.
