The Non-Discrimination Ombudsman’s helpline and chat’s summer opening times
The Non-Discrimination Ombudsman’s office’s customer service helpline and chat are open less frequently during the summer.
Between 23.6. and 8.8.2025 the Ombudsman’s customer service is open as follows:
- The helpline is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10 and 12. Our helpline number is 0295 666 817.
- Our chat is open on Mondays and Wednesdays between 13 and 15. The chat can be found on our website.
The chat helpdesk is exceptionally closed also on 20.6.2025.
During the summer you can contact the Non-Discrimination Ombudsman regularly by email, mail or through the contact form on our website. You can contact the Ombudsman via sign language by sending a video by email to yvv(at)oikeus.fi.
